Historic Black Colleges and Universities had their beginning in 1863, the end of The American Civil War. They have given a great contribution to the education and each Intuition has shaped the culture, education, character, image, intelligence, wisdom, of people of African descent. 

The former newly freed slaves from religious groups, former Black/African union soldiers, teacher or educator, Black/African Philandrists established Historical Black Colleges and Universities. 

The religious included the African Methodist Especial (AME), Black Baptist, Catholic, Jehovah Wittiness and Seventh Day Adventists from their reading of the Bible, you had to know how to read and write. The freed African slaves through the HBCU were taught moral ethical values. While their character was formed and shaped. The other groups realize quickly after slavery the African slaves had to read write and understand contracts, deeds, leases, laws, agreements and ordinances which HBCU would familiarize them with awareness and cognizance 

Without the HBCU the African people in the future Unites States of America, would have been destitute to scorn and ignorance that symbolized the institution of slavery and its humiliation. 

The HBCU proved undeniably these slaves of African descent were and gifted are eligible scholars, scientist, inventors, writhers, artist, painters, musicians and athletics. The statistics reveal 80% of the notable Black/African in United states of America attended a HBCU. The present Vice President of the United States, the richest women in America countless actor, musicians, entrainers, businessmen and athletes attended HBCUs. 

It's now time, for HBCU to extend all their educational intuitional collective knowledge and ingenuity to the African diaspora. It is our desire that 80% plus of African from the diaspora attend HBCU which will allow them to join the notable elite of society. 

The company HBCUCE, Inc will identify and recruit potential eligible candidates around the world to be educated by an HBCU to make their splendored constitutions to the world.
